Well, the noly thing you can really do now is take your door apart and check the wires and see if they are conducting or not. Or, your motor for that window might have gont out.

You pull it up manually once the inner door panel is removed. In the meantime, drape a big piece of plastic over the top of the door before you close it to keep the rain out. One trick that might work is to hold down the up button while banging the middle inside of the door panel with your fist to shake the motor's rotor loose from a stuck position.
Spray the side rails the window is guided by with a lot of Silicone spray lubricant to help it move easily in the guides.

you can't roll it up without taking the motor off… you'll have to take the motor off… it's just 3 screws… then pull it up by hand and put the motor back on. that way it'll be stuck in the up positition.

while it's off see if you can fix it.. when mine went out i wanted to let my window down so i took it off and took it apart and cleaned it.. it was stripped and it was dirty so i just took a towel and scrubbed.. i hooked it to the battery and it started turning again! ..was great. either way good luck.

If you can hear the elec. motor run when you try to put up the window , it has a broken window regulator. If you dont hear it run its more than likely it has a bad motor. Try to smack the door panel while someone holds the window switch in the up position, sometimes this will wake up a dead window motor.

The only requirement is a small amount of mechanical ability.
Something that seems to be missing in our "GameBoy" educated youth.
Since electricity is the source of window operation you are not going to "wind it up".
Remove the arm rest and inner door panel. Inside the door you will see a long arm attached to the bottom of the glass. Push that arm up until the window is closed. If the motor is jammed you may have to remove the two bolts holding the window to the arm.
