The lid is off on the Volkswagen E-Up! concept. The all-electric vehicle will be spotlighted at the VW stage during the Frankfurt Motor Show this week. The 3.2-meter long car has a 0-100 km/h time of 11.3 seconds; not too bad for a small urban vehicle. It uses an electric motor that provides a continuous 40 kilowatt output, with a maximum burst of 60 kW. The motor cranks out an impressive 210 Nm of torque, which allows it to hit 50 km/h in 3.5 seconds. It has a top speed of 135 km/h....
